Physiotherapy is a complex therapy from prevention to medical treatment to rehabilitation.

Preservation of mobility and improvement of movement function can be achieved in a targeted manner with the help of physical therapy. In the Visegrádi40 Private Practice, our physiotherapist is at your disposal.

In what cases is physiotherapy used?

Physiotherapy is used to strengthen and stretch the muscles, increase joint range of motion, improve movement coordination, and improve muscle strength. Our goal is to restore the function of the disordered organ, organ system, body part, and body region.

The static and dynamic exercises are carried out in accordance with the principle of gradualness in the form of individual gymnastics, based on the diagnosis and current condition of our patient. The essence of our professional physiotherapy is the use of special techniques in accordance with the diagnosis, focusing on the whole body.

A properly structured gym improves muscle balance, relaxes stiff, spasmodic muscles, reduces pain, is effective in prevention (e.g. osteoporosis) and positively affects well-being.

However, it is important to point out that the success of physical therapy does not depend only on the therapist. It is a process that requires the joint work of the physiotherapist and the patient. Therefore , you must also perform the tasks taught by the physiotherapists on a daily/weekly basis in order for the therapy to be effective.

Applied tests:

If you have not yet visited a doctor and have existing complaints, we recommend that you consult a specialist first!

Our institution and our partners also have diagnostic tools available, such as: MRI and Ultrasound machine , with which they can get a complete picture of their current condition. After the medical diagnosis, our physiotherapists assess the patient's condition, after which they jointly determine the course of recovery.
