Medical Gymnastics- A Comprehensive Therapy from Prevention to Treatment and Rehabilitation
Preserving movement abilities and improving motion functions can be effectively achieved through physiotherapy. At Visegrádi40 Private Clinic, our physiotherapist is available to assist you.
When is Medical Gymnastics Applied?
Medical Gymnastics is used for strengthening and stretching muscles, increasing joint range of motion, improving movement coordination, and enhancing muscle strength. Our goal is to restore the function of the affected organ, system, body part, or body region.
Static and dynamic exercises are tailored to the patient's diagnosis and current condition, performed in a gradual and personalized manner. Our professional physiotherapy focuses on applying specific techniques based on the diagnosis, concentrating on the whole body.
A well-structured physiotherapy program improves muscle balance, relaxes stiff and cramped muscles, reduces pain, is effective in prevention (e.g., osteoporosis), and positively impacts general well-being.
It is important to note that the success of physiotherapy does not solely depend on the therapist. It is a process that requires the collaboration of both the physiotherapist and the patient. Therefore, the exercises taught by the physiotherapist must be performed regularly by the patient (daily or weekly) to ensure successful therapy.
Applied Assessments:
If you have not yet seen a doctor and have ongoing complaints, we recommend consulting a specialist first!
At our clinic and with our partners, diagnostic tools such as MRI and ultrasound are available, providing a comprehensive view of your current condition. Following the medical diagnosis, our physiotherapists assess the patient's state and jointly determine the course of treatment.
